Based on current conditions, including, but not limited to, the spread of Covid-19, the need for social distancing, and the state of emergency having been declared by Governor Newsom, and pursuant to the Administrative Order dated March 17, 2020 issued by the Presiding Judge, the court finds good cause to continue the Motion for Final Approval of Settlement currently scheduled for April 15, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. in Department 1 to July 02, 2020, at 10:30 a.m.
